Excellent place for a family get together !!

We recently (26/27th Jan 2019) visited Sarve Huts on account of a family trip of 29 people. The place (bunglow) was well maintained and rooms were neat and clean without any odour. It was a 5 Bed room bunglow with enough space around to accomodate a group of ~ 25 people. The staff was very polite and accomodative of our requests. The food was good (esp. Fish & Barbeque Chicken were awesome), Chiken curry was average but that was okay considering the purpose of the visit (family get together and not just focussing on food). Limited options for Veggies. Breakfast was good with options. Tea was served number of times. The rain dance & swimming pool facilities were worth enjoying. The surrounding area of bunglow was good for elders as well childeren with lot of greenery. Kashid baech is just 2 kms from the place. Overall it was a pleasant stay for a night and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Tranquility in Abundance

Approx. 4.5 hours journey from Mumbai with narrow roads after Alibaug, Kashid has one of the most beautiful beaches- away from hustle and bustle of crowd. The bungalow is well placed say appro. 10 minutes walk from beach. Sarve Huts has tiny pool of 7 strokes length but clean. It has ample space around- hammocks, table tennis facility. The best part is care taker since 18 years and most loyal. The best food of your choice will be on your platter every day. Moderately high priced- Rs. 2400 per head with all inclusive (breakfast, tea many times, lunch and dinner). The place is under constant renovation adding many more facilities. Rooms are clean but not modernised. It is understood that though there are 5 bed rooms, the owner does not mixes families and gives the entire bungalow even to one family. (This needs confirmation). Vegetables are home grown. Time to avoid will be April to May due to very hot and may be Monsoon. February is very pleasant with cool breeze throughout.

Not worth the price at all!

Imagine waking up in the morning in the loo to no water. Tiny pool. Friendly staff, good food. Property heavily priced for whatever little they serve. Do not expect leisure but if you are just having crazy time with friends, you may be able to manage.
Not recommended.

Perfect!

This is a 5 bedroom bungalow in kashid and the beach is a 5-10 min walk from there. All the rooms are spacious n clean n air-cooled n well ventilated. One room doesn't have an attached bathroom. The bungalow is perfect for friends/ family wanting to have a get together n a place fully to themselves. A small swimming pool and a huge covered verandah/ dining hall just add to the benefits of staying here. We had a great time in the pool, getting drenched in the rain and sitting the verandah having tea/ pakodas!! The lunch n barbeque was great too and so was the poha!

Amazing

Travelling to this place will make you sad, it tool 5hrs to reach from mumbai
I have visited this place no of times
Very good staff, good food you will enjoy the fish. Property well maintain, spacious rooms with air coolers.
Pool is bit small, Previously there was a foosball and TT court they have removed those amenity
Hope sarve hut teams add those previous facility again
Overall worth place to hangout with family and friends
