No power back.
Food is average.
Only respite good service staff and newly renovated toilets.
Sight seeing as per package is a fallacy.
Chemera lake tour is closed not disclosed till u arrive.
Only khajjiar tour is there.
There is chamba tour in package which is sham.
The travel agents take advance and you are left to coordinate with driver hotel as they will just share their contact and you fend for yourself.
The travel agency actually mis guides you and takes you for a good ride.

the room door Broken , food kitchen not clean since hotel started ,no accountablties of payment .no heater avbl
if ask will try to arrange at high price
No greetings , infact before visiting we called hotel put staff failed to answer our multipel calls,
please don't go on web photos , its like makeup on a bad face, every day morning starts we urguments and compalins , no one is taking care of tourist

The worst hotel I have been to
First the positives
1. Good view
Negatives
1. Rooms are not well maintained. Even door locks are broken. Not good geysers and limited hot water even in minus temperature.
2. Pathetic service. Rude staff. We asked for extra blankets, we were provided after a lot of arguments.That too they not clean and torn.
3. Restaurant is for name sake. The quality of food is pathetic. The food is even not served properly. Basic things as spoons are not provided. Tables were not cleaned
The only thing standard is rates which are equivalent to 4 star hotels.
A simple dharamsala is better than this.
