Perfect stay
From the moment I arrived Abishek was very welcoming, showed me a choice of rooms and gave me some info on the local area. He was always around in person or via WhatsApp if I needed something.
The courtyard is great for socialising and meeting people. Didn't eat there but the food always smelled amazing.
Also Spotty (the dog) is awesome and would often walk to the liquor store with me!

A beautiful warm place for stay, if you are planning to roam around in Goa.
A very calm and quiet place. Really love to be here, away from city, in nature. The rooms give you a warm feel. They have a old Portuguese structure. Even the outer area is designed nicely. People at service are friendly and helpful. One will love to come here very often.

Fantastic hostel
My partner and I stayed in a private room and had an amazing time. While the room was cool, spacious, functional, pretty and comfortable, the beauty of our stay came from the far and beyond hospitable nature of the hostel owner. He was extremely helpful in sharing with us a lengthy itinerary over whatsapp and in leaving nice little touches in the room for us. He also helped my girlfriend feel better from car sickness by rushing to get her some hydration tablets and taking her bags. Just a really good vibe to the place. It's also right next to the beach - ideal location.

Not worth the expense, Worst Stay
* No toiletries in the washroom (EXCEPT for a TINY Dettol bar).
* Expensive compared to other hostels in the same area.
* They will not provide breakfast (not even free tea) but charge a lot for the tiny rooms.
* Does not offer a free private 4-wheeler parking
*No Electricity Backup beyond one hour; the hostel stays in the dark for long power cuts!
* Very, very high charges for the room compared to the facilities (only except for the good wifi).
* Rooms are tiny. They will provide a second room- if you have taken a private room, but that "room" is a passageway common to all the rooms and connects the hallway outside—no Lock and key for the second room.
Dear Fellow Travellers. Craft Hostels is definitely not the place to invest your hard-earned money, energy, and time. There are a lot of other better hostels/homestays around offering better facilities at the price you invest.

Front desk needs to be changed
This is a review for which I wasn’t able to stay but I am sharing my personal experience during the ordeal of checkin. Hostel have cancelled my booking for which I haven’t received any notification from the booking site, this can be a technical glitch which I understand. After reaching, the receptionist asked me to cancel the booking and told me that they will accommodate in offline manner. After that, he simply couldn’t for entire stay duration. Again I can understand that it can be human error. Worst thing was the behavior of the receptionist, arrogant and calling a customer a liar repeatedly. It seems that pretending too much cool in this hostel made them forget how to behave with a customer. I am not your friend, I am a customer who deserves respect. I guess that’s what they should have learned in hospitality management classes. Around 20:00 o’clock, we left with no option to stay there and end up staying at somewhere else. It was stressful situation to find a place to stay.
