Great Budget stay.. 10/10

We are a party of 9, 4 bungalows. We had a fabulous time here. The bungalows are clean ,plenty of hot water, swimming pool, safe and the staff are very very helpful, the property is close to all local amenities and no road noise Tradition Balanise style with well kept gardens.
We would not hesitate to come back here again. We highly recommend this Hotel / Bungalows to everyone.

Old stingy hot bungalow with unprofessional staff.

Old bungalow used as Hotel. Stingy room with no ac, old slow moving fans, broken, door latch and cupboard latch with ants in the room.
The breakfast was prebooked with the room but the hotel staff was least bothered. When asked that we have paid and pre-booked for breakfast they expressed no concern. When I conveyed to them that I was cancelling the booking then they were up on their toes offering breakfast.
My two bit of advice is that there are better Hotels in the vicinity. Please avoid this one.

Horrible

A friendly receptionist and a pretty exterior, but that's about it! The room is in a terrible state, not at all like the photos. No hygiene, little bugs everywhere, yellow marks in the bathroom with a smell of urine. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Needs Proper Locks on the Doors

I stayed here for 5 nights while in Ubud in two different rooms. This place is located on the main road and only a 5 minute walk to the Monkey forest. There are many places to eat and drink within walking distance. The property is family owned and the grounds are pretty. The staff were nice. My room was large and clean enough. There was a refrigerator in the room. Its needs new sheets and towels though. The water pressure in the shower was very low every time I used it. The main issue I had with one of my rooms is that there was not a proper lock on my door (see photo). There is not a safe in the room and I felt the room was never secure. This place would be better with a few improvements. Overall, this place is cheap and satisfactory, but I'm sure there are better options in Ubud in the similar price range

Good Place to Stay with affordable price

Such a pleasant place to stay in the monkey forest area. room and the bathroom are very spacious, the pool was clean and the staff is friendly. Thank you Sagitarius team. Will definitely come back to this place.
