Very good value for money

The house we rented had a very cool terrace with amazing views, it was decorated with cheerful colors and overall very cozy. We sleep better than at home:) The latter was an unexpected surprise.
On a negative note, the parking was a bit fair and if someone parks badly, there are problems.

1/2 HOUR WITH SPIDERS

I didn't like it. In fact, we did not stay because the house was full of spiders and not very clean. We told the owner and he said, "I'd look at him and thank you for coming," he didn't even offer to give us the money back.

Nice experience

We stayed a week in one of the apartments with private terrace (number 2). The views are amazing to the sea and teide. We had breakfast there every day. The price of the stay is quite economical. Overall we have been very comfortable.
We miss a reception or some kind of contact with the Owner.
Cleanliness was acceptable. However, it smelled very damp and there was some hair in the bathtub.
It would have been nice to have some cleaning product, toilet paper... for the maintenance of the room and some basic food product like oil or vinegar.
The coffee maker was broken (the rubber is passed so it loses pressure).
The light installation requires an overhaul (sometimes disconnected).
I hope that this advice will be accepted in a spirit of improvement.

BAD EXPERIENCE AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Our experience is not at all recommended, the images do not correspond with reality!!, there are no trails!! and the environment is deplorable, and there is not enough parking space.
..
There is no maintenance!!! and the little there is, it does not work!! and out of use by the Owner who has no interest in the CASA IDA functioning as the rural house it deserves!!!..The house smells of damp, fungi, sunshades, hammocks, rotten outside chairs, the yacuzzi non-existent, is not in operation for years, mattresses, pillows, sheets, curtains, worn kitchen utensils, the rusty fridge, all doors rub on the floor can not be opened, or the lack of the hand. The very small barbecue with two welded irons, is not adapted to the capacity of the accommodation, exterior and interior lighting is scarce, and non-existent. The environment lacks privacy.
And it only deserves the accommodation for the views, the tranquility, which accept pets and the couple that receives customers who are very attentive and very friendly.

Room of doom

Spent 2 horrible nights in "villa nr2" before cancelling and changing. One of the best private views but the good part of the experience ends there. Horrible sloping road, stuffed parking place, ANTS, zero internet, rotten fluid in broken jacuzzi and MOLDY WALLS! Beware with allergies.
