An incredible camping site
I have been choosing this camping site for several years to enjoy disconnection both in low season and high season. For me, a camping site rated 10 in many aspects. Let us not forget the location it is in, the services it offers, but above all, the people who work daily to make our days of disconnection the best possible. I do not want to leave anyone out: reception staff (always willing to find the best solutions to any incident), maintenance (working all day to ensure the facilities are in perfect condition), cleaning (to keep the bathrooms and other common areas looking impeccable, even though it seems that when we leave home, we become messy), management (always caring for the attention and facilities), supermarket (so we do not lack anything), restaurant (with 10-rated hamburgers and 100-rated service), and the pool bar (with Juan's spectacular mojitos). After this, does anyone still need a recommendation? I will continue choosing Camping Paloma to relax and disconnect from the craziness of daily life. Thank you, amazing team.

Supposed activities
We have been coming to this campsite for many years; for some time now, there have been SUPPOSED activities that they organize for the children that they do not fulfill.
One night they were going to have a movie night that several children were waiting for, which they did not fulfill, and activities in the pool with various times throughout the day that were only fulfilled one afternoon. Today I asked at the front desk, and the blonde receptionist with blue eyes could not be more arrogant and rude.

Institute trip
My bungalow was falling apart; the shower door came off twice, and the bathroom door came off completely, to the point that a friend got stuck inside. A curtain fell on my friend's head while he was sleeping.

Not to go
The experience at this campsite was not the best. Bathrooms were in poor condition, unclean and very old. The place in general had an unpleasant smell of sewerage that made the stay uncomfortable. We reserved a plot indicating the dimensions of our caravan, but it turned out to be very small; we had to leave the car outside, and from a certain hour no one is watching it. Also, if there are no parking spaces available, you simply run out of options, even if you have paid.
As for the staff, the brunette reception girl was very friendly, but unfortunately a blonde with a foreign accent was quite edged and unhelpful.
We wouldn't repeat the experience.

Loud
Actually a nice campsite with lots of shade, paramedics ok and nice mini market.
But! Individual families listen to music super loud all day. Multiple requests to be a little quieter would be ignored. We have neighbors like that. Loud music from morning to night at midnight.
At the reception, I picked up a shrug when I asked for help. Really sad.
