The quality of breakfast wasn't the same every day. It ranged from good to adequate.
A major advantage of the hotel is its excellent location.

Rooms are clean but very basic and in need of updating. My primary complaint was the noise. I was given a first floor room and there was maintenance or construction work going on below and the noise was horrible. There was loud banging on what sound like pipes or concrete all day making it impossible to relax in the room. This went on for 2 days straight and only stopped on the weekend. The front desk staff said they didn’t know what was causing the noise and it wasn’t work being done by the hotel. I found it impossible to believe they didn’t know the source of the noise since it was VERY loud and sounded like it was coming from below. The staff didn’t seem very concerned and couldn’t accommodate a move to another room. The noise at night wasn’t much better. There’s no sound deadening between the rooms and movement and conversation in surrounding rooms could be heard at all hours.

I often choose the Medium Sitges Park for its location and amenities. It’s really handy for the train station and town centre attractions. The pool is rare in central Sitges and the rooms and breakfast are good. Staff are very helpful

Bring ear plugs! great location in the middle of Sitges

Clean hotel, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area is small but this is typical for the centre of Sitges. Great sangaria at the poolside bar plus lunchtime snacks.
Great location in the centre of Sitges but does suffer from some noise in the street and the walls are paper thin, I could hear every word from the TV in the room next doow. Breakfast was good for a hotel of this size and plenty of choice to fill you up for the day.

The common areas were well maintained and nice. Especially the front desk, pool, and breakfast room.
The staff were unpredictable and we had a poor experience with ordering drinks at the poolside bar. They’ve no idea what customer service is. Very disappointing.
The room was poorly maintained and needs freshening. Repainting, one desk chair even though there’s room for a proper chair. Safe requires a key and deposit.
Overall, would not recommend.
