Great spot and lovely people !!

Great hotel and wonderful staff!!! Nice and relaxed setting, on a pedestrian street over looking the town !! Parking in the local free car park !! We arrived on a Monday and was jammed due to the market !! No problem parking once market cleared out and the days after that !!Great views up the valley from the terrace !! A lovely comfortable place to stay!! Lovely bedroom and good shower !! And a decent breakfast where you will not be hungry!!
The staff are excellent and so helpful !! We changed our plans and were so accommodating.

No electricity, wife got bit by a bug. Stained pillow.

I normally hate writing bad reviews for businesses, but if you don’t want to risk your vacation, then I don’t recommend staying here.
My wife ended up with a bug bite from her off-white colored pillow. We didn’t realize the color of the pillow until the next morning. Because when we arrived for our check-in, it was dark and the room’s electricity was out. She ended up having an allergic reaction which caused us to have to go to 2 medical clinics on the way back to Bilbao.
Also, the power was out in our room all night AND in the morning. We could not use it while getting ready. The sleep was horrible. Tossing and turning all night. Uncomfortable pillows/mattresses.
I completely understand this is an old hotel and it’s very charming, but these are absolute bare minimums that need to be provided to your guest.
Breakfast was good. They brought out fruits, then bread, then eggs. That was the only highlight of our stay, the breakfast. Again, I really dislike leaving bad reviews but this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

The accommodation is great, the breakfast amazing, the location magnificent, but the best is the treatment we received from all the workers, they were friendly, friendly, helped us in everything we need... No doubt to repeat. Thanks for your deal.

Charming place

A charming, welcoming place and very friendly staff.
The spectacular location
Breakfast also amazing.very hearty and rich everything.
I totally recommend it, I would repeat a thousand times.

A good surprise (city and hotel)

The hotel is located in a small street in the old town and some rooms overlook the Rio Deva.
Extremely friendly and warm Welcoming + we were helped to climb our suitcase to the 3rd floor - without elevator.
Small room with window overlooking a wall. No air conditioning (a swivel tower blowing a warm air). 2 comfortable single beds. Complete equipment (soap, razor,...).
Breakfast served at table, hearty, good, Kind Service.
Free public parking 100m, on the other side of the bridge.
