Correct
Spacious room, good spa, the pool only opens on weekends during the month of June and only serves breakfast.
Being in an industrial area, it would have been nice to have a restaurant or café in the hotel since the town is remote.

Nice surprise
Stopover in Totana and amazing hotel. Nice, available and flexible staff; great spa, unbeatable breakfast not to miss.

Once and never again!
The hotel now lives only from bygone times - and because families with young children come cheaply to pool and entertainment. Certainly not worth 4 stars.
The maintenance is disastrous everywhere, in my room a lamp hung only on its cable from the ceiling, this was also full of black spots (photos). Twice during the evening/night an extremely loud alarm went off, which lasted more than half an hour until the staff could finally turn it off. There was no justification/apology for this the next day..with the poor general condition quite frightening.
The staff is also completely disinterested in the guests - on arrival (I had made the reservation in Spanish and also spoke only Spanish to the staff member) she texted me with completely uninteresting information for minutes - in English! She hadn't listened to me at all! At breakfast no one cared if I was even a hotel guest, the two girls leaned together in a corner.
Since all the doors were open throughout the ground floor (including those to the pool and spa), you were surrounded by children's screams everywhere, you felt more like in a theme park than in a 4-star hotel.
The room as such was ok (except for maintenance), the bathroom above separated from the room by a glass pane, i.e. if a person was in the bathroom, the room was also lit up - not very pleasant for the partner if you have to go to the toilet at night.
The air conditioning didn't work (in July!), so I had to leave the window open all night - and catch the noise from outside.
The only positive is the location - really only a few meters next to the highway.

There was a bug at 00:45 with the fire alarm that lasted more than 15min, this hotel did not allow us to rest and was not responsive to fix this problem we had to evacuate outright from the building!!!

I wouldn't come back for free.
We hired him through a website wekendesk offered dinner and breakfast buffet dinner consisted of a cold sandwich of ham and cheese a banana and a soft drink, as we complained we got a salad, but nothing otherworldly. Dinner we had to go down to pick it up and eat it in the room sitting on the bed as there was only a desk and a chair.
The spa they promise, has lived better times; the facilities were not functioning properly, some are awaiting repair, but when the Jacuzzi worked it was the sauna that spoiled nothing worked at the same time.
We tried to get the money back, considering that the weekendesk ad offered dinner and breakfast and Spa, but the Executive Sport Restaurant Hotel, which it does not have, refused roundly to return the money.
This hotel is located in a lost park 10 minutes drive from Totana, which we already knew but the photos of the spa and the possibility of dining at the hotel after being hiking in the area all day and arriving tired, made us think it was a good idea.
This is my personal experience I feel cheated and ruined the 3 days of vacation the worst is not the money is the feeling that you have been victim of a fraud of a deception and on top of that they have ruined your vacation.
