Warm, welcoming place. Lovely refreshing stay, I was ready to hit the trail after a great, quiet nights rest!!!

Excellent view, lovely hostess Bego! warm welcome! comfotable bed, clean! coffee in the room. You can tell Bego really cares about her guests and is looking after all your needs. I had an awesome balcony as well overlooking the sea. I bought a glass of vino and it was lovely wine and generous pour!

Lovely place. Clean. Great host. Lovely seaview.

Lovely place very close to the Camino. The last 2 km was a lovely trip up from the Road. The host is really kind. You can buy drinks and Water at the House. There is No shops or restaurants. The garden has a beautiful seaview. There you can sit and rest and enjoy the view. I really recommend this place. Buen Camino - visit A de Bego.

Great place for pilgrims

Lovely , kind and generous host. comfortable and clean room with beautiful views. A wonderful place to stay. Close to the Camino route. Places to sit outside and enjoy a beer after a long day. Host provides food and drinks for voluntary contributions.

5 star stay on the Camino

My teenage son and I stayed with Bega while walking the Portuguese Coastal Camino in June 2024. While it is a short walk from the path, it was definitely worth it. For us, this was our favourite place to stay during our journey from Porto to Santiago. The rooms and bathroom are well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Shortly after arriving, the area was hit by a big electrical storm and we had a perfect view of the storm over the sea while we ate a delicious dinner. I had a pizza and an incredibly tasty salad, made fresh from the garden. My son didn’t fancy pizza and so Bega kindly made him pork steak and chips, when his plate arrived, it had six pork steaks, two fried eggs and a mound of chips! Needless to say he was very happy. We were also joined by another family walking the Camino, which made for a wonderful evening.
We would definitely recommend staying here.
