Total disappointment!
I am the last person who wants to leave a bad review, but unfortunately I have no other choice, because I tried several times to resolve the situation directly with the apartment staff, but it was impossible. It all started when I arrived around 10:00 p.m. The first thing I wanted to do was take a shower, so I went to the upstairs bathroom and discovered there was no hot water. Then I went to the bathroom downstairs, and there was hot water there, but what I saw was beyond my shame. There were a lot of black hairs in the shower and upon closer inspection it turned out that there were also hairs in the sink and on the floor. The toilet contained the remains of previous guests... So I went upstairs again and it turned out that the state of the other bathroom was the same. I started to look closely at the entire apartment. It was horrible, the floor was full of stains, the carpet was full of crumbs, there was dust and stains everywhere. I took photos and called the contact number. A man told me that he understood, but there was nothing he could do, and that he would leave a note so that they would call me in the morning and they could clean the apartment. He didn't even apologize for what happened.
The next afternoon when I returned to the apartment after work, it was still in the same condition I found it in upon my arrival, and of course, no one had contacted me. When I called, they told me that the apartment was operated at night by another company, and that they had not received any notification. They told me to send the photos again, and said they would call me with a solution. A few hours later, in the evening, I received a message on WhatsApp that they would call me the next morning to solve the problem. Again, I got no communication, feeling totally ignored. I left the apartment, and got ready to write to them. Again, they told me they would contact me by phone soon. Of course, to date no one has called me, and I only received a message that they could reimburse me for the cleaning costs, €25. A real nonsense for supposedly not exactly cheap accommodation.
Never in my life have I encountered such a dirty place, and certainly, with so much lack of respect for the customer. All this, despite my several attempts to solve the problem without making it public.

Publicité trompeuse, mauvais service et malpropreté

Aucune photo sur le site Hotels.com ne représentent le logement que j'ai loué.
Impossible de s'entendre avec le Manager d'ILoftMalaga pour un changement d'appartement qui blâme Hotels.com de ne pas publier les bonnes photos! Hey!
Appartement malpropre, salle de bains encrassée, planchers poussiéreux et tachés! Qui te noircissent tes pantoufles en 5 minutes, aucun service de nettoyage durant le séjour, lequel on nous avait promis, étant donné la durée de notre séjour. En plus, on te réclame les 25 euros, en argent sonnant, pour le ménage du départ.
Il n'y a rien dans l'appartement, prévoyez vos produits de base : papier hygiénique, essuie-tout, le sel et le poivre!
Pas de lit double ou Queen comme on te le vend, c'est deux lits jumeaux collés. Sans couvre-matelas et de draps supplémentaires comme on le prétend.
Le seul atout, c'est proche de tout, à 5 minutes
