Excellent

I couldn't have asked for more. We were three friends in one room, three beds.
On the check-in day, we arrived late at night, we called before the arrival and Miriam waited for us. She was very kind, polite and friendly!
At the moment, there is free parking on the street of the Pensión.
The Pensión is close to the city centre (walking distance). It is very quiet. There are two shared bathrooms but very clean and I have never had to wait. Free wifi.
I really recommend it!

A nightmare with fleas and terrible hygiene.

Extremely low quality, a lot of noise, and terrible customer service, but the worst was the hygiene as there were fleas, the sheets and mattresses had stains, everything was dirty. They did not take responsibility in any way.

Impossible to rest and conceive sleep

The experience in this pension has been very disappointing. The main problem is the non-soundproofing of the rooms. The walls are so thin that it looks like the guests in the next room are inside yours.
During the stay it was impossible to rest: constant discussions, loud voices and noises that are heard clearly at any time. The sense of intimacy and tranquility, which is supposed to be basic in an accommodation, simply does not exist here.
A pension should at least guarantee adequate rest, and in this case it is not fulfilled at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values getting a good night's sleep or a modicum of calm.

Perfect

I was really pleased with this place. We stayed in Logroño for two nights and this was the perfect place to walk into town as well as catch wine tours in La Rioja. The proprietor was extremely helpful and was very patient with my broken spanish! I love logroño! Go to the wine bar alleys!

Lamentable

Al llegar estuvimos casi una hora llamando a la dueña, que no cogía el teléfono... Nos dejó las llaves en un bar, ni check in, ni check out... Ni rastro de nadie por allí. Muy mala atención y servicio.
