clean room. but they didn’t provide a blanket and the room actually got warmer by 2 degrees when we turned on the air conditioning (the cool air coming out of the unit was too weak to maintain the temperature). The pool was nice but shadey spots are limited. Walls are very thin so bring earplugs because you can hear any movement in the hallways. Overall it was a decent place to sleep, very clean.

Such a beautiful, calm and functional hotel. Well designed and in an excellent location. The swimming pool is perfect and we loved the parking space system. A simple phone call to lift the barrier. Very helpful staff and good WiFi. Highly recommend it.

Great contrasts: decent rooms and poor hospitality service.

Good location in the center of Llivia. The rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms work very well (shower, etc.). The hotel occupies the ground floor of an apartment building, which is somewhat unusual. The dining room where breakfast is served, on the lower floor, is inadequate and uncomfortable for the number of guests it can accommodate. During peak hours, it is a true chaos. The quality of the breakfast is poor and the service is simply terrible. The staff attending the dining area is neither professional nor adequately trained. The tables are unclean, lacking products (water, coffee, utensils). The establishment is marketed as CYCLE FRIENDLY, but beyond the claim, nothing reinforces that intention. Especially the breakfast, which is based on cold cuts, cheeses, industrial pastries, etc.

Catastrophic night...! Fire alarm at 5am!!

Arrived in the evening..at 5am..fire alarm!!..failure you..no hotel staff to stop it.. It lasted half an hour... sleepless night...
In the morning, no one at reception, no apologetic mail,..lamentable hotel and unworthy direction..
No compensation, no commercial gesture, no apology.
If there had really been a fire??..lamentable..! choose other hotels in Llivia!!
