Hyvin sijoitettu ja ystävällinen puhdas paikka!

Vietimme 2 yötä ja se oli erittäin hyvä valinta mitä tarvitsimme. Paikka on erittäin keskeisellä paikalla ja voisimme kävellä joka paikasta sieltä. Aamiainen oli mukana hinnalla ja vaikka rakastan espanjalaista paahdettua joko tomaattia tai hilloa / voita ja kahvia, laatu ei ollut hyvä, mutta luulen, että sinulla on aina mahdollisuus aloittaa päivä ja napata jotain muutakin huomattavasti myöhemmin aamulla. Huone oli pieni mutta erittäin puhdas ja meillä oli oma kylpyhuone. hotelli oli erittäin puhdas ja parin, joka omistaa sen oli erittäin ystävällinen ja jopa antoi meille huone hieman ennen sisäänkirjautumisaikaamme. Suosittelen ehdottomasti, jos olet talousarvion ja tarvitsevat pysyä keskeisellä paikalla. Haluan ehdottomasti palata jonain päivänä. Muuten, jätimme auton läheiselle julkiselle pysäköintialueelle Calle HH Maristas, joten ehdotan myös tätä autolla tuleville ihmisille.

Hyvä hinta

Tämä paikka on halpa ja iloinen. Jos olet budjetissa ja haluat jonnekin pysyä halvalla, puhdas ja lämmin, tämä paikka on tarpeeksi hyvä. La Pazissa on maanalainen pysäköintialue, joka on 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Suosittelen, mutta älä unohda, että saat sen, mitä maksat!

Bad.

The good thing is that it adds breakfast and they make you the bed and the bad thing is that you can tell that they have not painted it because the walls are very dirty and some corners with cobwebs, they are not put some appliques and some other defects, in the bathroom the water had lime and the lid fell. The sheets were dirty and the pillows had hair. In the kitchen there was nothing to cook, just a cup and a plate nothing else, we were 4 people there were just cleaning things. The location if very good otherwise bad.

TO AVOID

Terrible. Peeling walls, dirty sheets, terrible breakfast. The bathroom was so small that I couldn't sit up straight because my legs were hitting the shower stall.
The only positive thing is the central location and the possibility of parking on the street.......... However, absolutely to be avoided

Completely Unprofessional

Made a booking and soon after tried to change the dates to dates that were available - all they had to do was click a button to accept, yet we were ignored. All messages were ignored before and after this. Requested a refund. Ignored. Contacted customer service who contacted them on our behalf - still ignored.
Finally, when we didn’t arrive on the initially booked date the booking was cancelled without any consultation with us, leaving us with nowhere to stay when arriving a day later. No refund. Still being ignored. Accomodation providers can cancel for a no show if they communicate this policy at the time of booking but no such policy was seen when we made the booking.
Avoid at all costs if you value any form of customer service when booking a service.
