Comfort and price

Great location especially for those traveling by car. The hotel is at the entrance to the city center, has its own garage and there are free parking lots nearby.
Spacious and beautiful well-equipped room (wi-fi, powerful hairdryer, large TV, Nespresso machine, safe) with great toiletries and bathrobes.
Panoramic elevators, indoor patio with summer pool.
Absolutely contained prices (breakfast a bit expensive, not taken).

Old hotel with great potential

Hotel in a great location 20 min walk from the center. Unfortunately there are some details that make it evidently old: the broken wood at the bottom of the bathroom door, the corrugated skirting board perhaps damaged by the washing of the floor, the bathroom with the bathtub evidently dated. On the positive note it is worth noting that the standard double room is very spacious, the king size bed is very comfortable and the parquet is in excellent condition. In the room there is also a desk and a coffee machine with two pods ready to use. Absence of courtesy water and slippers, as well as accessories in the bathroom (such as shower caps); deficiencies that do not befit a four star.

Hotel with resort feel in a green residential area of Granada

Our tour chose a hotel called "SARAY" to stay in Granada. It stood in a leafy residential area, about 1-2 km southwest of the Alhambra, Granada's biggest tourist attraction.
　It's a big hotel with four stars, but it's built in front of the hotel, around the lobby, and by the pool and pool, which is all over town, but it has a resort feel. The rooms were calmly colored and designed for a pleasant stay.

Allergy, gluten, corn , and lactose.

The hotel was very good at reception, as we arrived without a reservation... The breakfast seemed a bit lacking in options for people. There was bread, two muffins, and croissants for celiacs, but almost nothing without lactose. Personally, I do not recommend it for people like me... Because on top of that, when I tried to make a glass of milk with coffee, it got contaminated. The reason is that it is the same coffee machine used for cortados, cappuccinos, long coffees, etc. If the person in front of me gets a coffee with milk and then I go for my black coffee, I get milk in it and had to leave it behind.

Could be wonderful

We spent 4 days at Hotel Saray and it was confortable, a little tired but the breakfast chioce and quality was poor. The main reason we booked this hotel form the markeing images was the pool only to find it is only open in July and August so we were very dissapointed and cannot see why you would have a pool which is only open 8 weeks a year.
As said it could be a wonderful hotel with works and is in a very good location just outside the city centre and mains sights which are all within walking distance.
