Terrible experience

Please do not stay at this accommodation. They over booked our stay and didn’t even communicate with us. After confirming check int time with us, we arrived and waited for an hour, however no one turned up. The restaurant over the road confirmed that they always do this. I discovered an email saying that they have cancelled the booking . We had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. Please do not book this room, I book a lot with booking.com and have never experienced this before.

Abuse of accommodation, check-in at 7 pm, lost and unswept hours

Watch out for alleged hotel scams
A group of kids, 10 specifically
We booked 2 apartments, for 01 August 25, for not having rooms prepared, fault of the accommodation, the boys checked-in, at 18:30 in the afternoon, lost several hours reserved, paid that they could not enjoy, and that have not been refunded, as legally established
And for more inri, the next day check-out at 11 a.m., they were taken out of the apartment, in bad ways, they didn't compensate for the lost hours
Sure, others had to come, more money to win, and throw the boys out.
Very negative opinion, we spread the word
You can't abuse people like this, young boys, 18 years old, who are paid the reservation by the parents, go with enthusiasm and find this situation
They have taken advantage of them

Please be very careful! This facility simply cancels booked accommodation !

The hotel cancelled the room one hour before arrival !!. It was paid for long before and our arrival was confirmed.
It just said we're overbooked. We weren't helped. It was just sorry. That's a criminal thing. Please be careful

christmas nightmare stay

I booked trough booking.com...
We arrived on 22 of december in the evening, took us 2 hours of sitting in the car calling to multiple numbers to get the key. but we got in... heating was not working and apartment was very cold. Just a basic cutlery (not enough for 4 anyway). Whenever we tried to use something (like make a tea) electricity shuts down, we had to turn off everything to make a tea. after another calls owner just cancelled our stay and stop responding. Probably to prevent us from writing review on booking... they off course charge full amount and now they refuse to do refund. after couple messages they stop responding. We had to look for another place to stay - try to do that on christmas eve...
I'm now dealing with booking to get my money back (thats another story)
Stay away from this s..hole (at least from apartment at the ground floor)
