Wonderful experience, it deserves the rating it has and more.

From the first moment, the impression was wonderful.
Spacious room, very clean, good views.
Super well-ventilated room that made it so that, despite the heat, we did not have to turn on the air conditioning.
The receptionist was very polite and competent, she informed us absolutely about everything to do and how to get around the city.
If I return to Cuenca, I will definitely book in advance to avoid being without a room in this hostel.

A cozy place

Exceptional accommodation.
The education and attention of the staff, along with the quality of the accommodation make this an ideal place to visit Cuenca.

Comfortable

This has been our first experience in a hostel, and it has not disappointed us. Everything was very clean and the service received was great. Breakfast was good and right for your price. The very nice location, plus we find parking almost at the door of the hostel. The girl who attended us on our arrival gave us tips and information to visit the city and the boy when we left, informed us of routes to see around, and where to eat, which from here we thank him because they were a success. We would repeat this hostel if we return through Cuenca.

The room was very clean. Delicious breakfast and attention from the staff, especially from the boy who has attended us, very friendly.

Half-heartedly... I wouldn't come back.

It is a clean and very clean hostel. The room is fine, with heating and air conditioning. The bathroom, right, a curtain acts as a screen. The shower phone leaves a poor stream of water and there is soap, but little. Breakfast is 5 euros and it is always the same and what they put you, everything very directed. Personally, it has not been to my liking, if you are more than a day, it is always the same, the same cake, hard boiled egg, a tiny glass of juice, toast and fruit. Coffee in thermos. But the worst part is the character of the guy who serves you at the reception and sometimes in the dining room. It is very dry and sometimes it is directed unpleasantly towards the girls who clean the rooms. We've had a bit of a bad impression. I wouldn't come back.
