Lovely clean room, right in the middle of Ciutadella - a stones throw from the market. Stayed in the room on the ground floor and it was not noisy. Would stay again!

Great room very central

We stayed here for 1 night, in the room with a private court yard and it was great.
Instructions came through at check in time (14:00) were clear and easy to use.
The room was clean and comfortable, with air con that could also be used as heat (as cold when we visited). Lovely modern bathroom with big bottle of shower gel. Also a fridge which was useful.
There were there of us and my daughter stayed on a sofa bed which was comfortable. The main beds were also comfy.
On check out the lady was very friendly checking if everything was okay.
I would recommend staying here if visiting the area.

Hotel tres tocs scandalous

This hotel cancelled my reservation at the last minute, citing an electrical problem, staff not present on site and very unpleasant on the phone.
Apparently this type of event is recurrent from the surrounding shops

Hostel with double side

The treatment received by Mary your hostess. After doing the cheking on Thursday, February 13 at 12 noon, we were in town and at 5 p.m., we received a call from Mary, in which she told us that we should abandon it because of electrical breakdown throughout the weekend, like??? Mary, was not able to be in the hotel at the time we left to give us an explanation directly. He told us that we had to find our own life and that they would look to give us some directions from other hotels so that we could call and make the arrangements. Well, we found ourselves on the street and no hotel. Finally we got hotel by our means and later received a wassap indicating hotels by the booking page. After the event was held at the state level, we were able to agree with other friends who had made the reservation at this hotel, indicating that they were staying since Friday the 14th without any problems. To flip colors. I called Mary to receive some kind of explanation and the answer was that they acted according to the circumstances of the moment and so wide... LITTLE SERIOUSNESS MARY, we are already an age to do these things to each other and ignoring the reality why you wanted to recover the room without us.
