Optimum stay, overall cleanliness and friendliness of staff to highlight

I don't understand people who negatively think complaining about slights.In my case we were two friends and I only have good words for the receptionist, a very attentive, helpful and friendly Argentine girl, charming, and for the hotel itself that by its level seems incredible that it is 2 stars because if they tell me that it is 3 or 4 stars I believe it.All in very good condition and above all very clean, cleaner than other hotels of more category.Everything tidy, clean, gave glory enter the room, clean bathroom, staff requested and attentive, breakfast buffet abundant and varied with a little everything and very pleasant musical thread, the truth, a super relaxing and satisfying breakfast, restocking as the products ran out, a marvel of service.There was even a heater in the room but we did not need to sleep as we happily and warm. Great views to the landscape of the sand, very quiet environment.An ideal stay.It has relaxing armchair and vending machines day and night.A very complete hotel, very friendly staff, phenomenal cleaning and ideal environment.Apart from the Argentine receptionist the cleaning girls also charming and helpful.Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel, very comfortable litters, by the sea, at night you hear the waves.

Defective

Basically we went to sleep, and the girl who checks in through a machine didn't have much of a spirit to work, so you can imagine what a good welcome..... We left things and went to dinner, when we came back we wanted to shower and the bathroom light was not going. My friend wanted to shower with the light off, but for me it is a no go! If you pay for a room, let alone a light, right?
They took about 20 minutes to respond and eventually changed rooms. In the second room the plugs and lights were not working next to the bed... so we left without being able to charge the phones.
Very bad perception of this accommodation!
