Great hotel
There is alot of bad criticism around this hotel but for me and the wife there is only positive and no negatives clean and polite service respect to the staff

Fab hotel, location, staff - loved it
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT.
Fabulous from start to finish. Staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and tidy, no noise after a certain time, food for breakfast is fabulous and choice of drinks. Snack bar is brilliant both food and drink. Right next to everything and 5/7 min walk to beach max, but not noisy at all. We had pool view for both rooms and they were fab. They have put a lot of thought and time into ensuring it’s a great hotel. You do pay a breakage deposit but it went back into account a few days later, it does have lots of young ones and mixed ages but the atmosphere is great. Inflatable allowed in, no life guard, but baby pool also available. We would all go back in a heart beat, we loved everything. Big shout out to Silvia so helpful and supportive when questions asked. Baggage room is fab for late check out and has lots of CCTV to ensure safety of things. You cannot beat the location. We normally stay in old town, but this hotel has won me over. Try Planet Benidorm for food nearby around the corner and Vincent in old town - both ace as well

Mold
Stayed here with friends and family for my hens weekend. The hotel itself in common areas seemed quite clean but my room was covered in mold. I went to reception to be told there were no more rooms. This was quite disappointing especially for my hen weekend. Myself and my sister have really bad coughs since returning. There were also silver fish on the floor we only discovered these on the last night (thank god). My friends rooms seemed fine but my was awful.

Great Value and central location
Located in central Benidorm close to the pubs and clubs. Atmosphere lively. Great value for money. We were room only so only purchased drinks but have a lovely seating area outside. Visited with my Daughter for a 3 day stay. Clean and basic rooms. Noise level was ok but you are surrounded by bars shops and clubs so expect noise levels as Benidorm never sleeps ;) Would definitely return for a short stay. Did not use pool area as not a sun trap until later in afternoon due to high buildings in the area but we did use Levante beach down the road which is beautiful.

Cracking
Very good hotel the rooms we all had were very clean fresh towels daily
as a group of 25 for our 2 mates 50th it was perfect great pool some good laughs were 100%had at this hotel and id stay again
