With a good clean it would be passable
The place is old and tired, it's dirty and everything is in bad need of a really good clean. Although the rooms are spacious, they are grubby. You almost don't want to take your shoes off in the room. If you're facing the rear of the property you are overlooking a filthy car park and it's noisy from activity in street behind and lots of vendor activity.
Staff are generally unenthusiastic and not very helpful. Two people booked in a room but you only get 1 towel, and it took ages for them to bring another.
The front of the hotel is situated in a strip mall, with various shops and a restaurant and coffee shop. It's at this coffee shop where breakfast is served if you include this in your booking. Rather skip. Breakfast with booking is very limited and basic. We opted for avo on toast and the avo was mashed and spread so thin you couldn't even notice it was on the toast. Only redeeming thing was the pretty froth art on the cappuccino's.
A plus is they have secure parking at the back of the hotel, with a locked gate and security on duty.
Otherwise, maybe look for something else in Francistown.
