Maashof sijaitsee kongressikeskuksen yhteydessä kohteessa Venlo. Pyyhkeiden vaihto on saatavilla pyynnöstä Maashof tarjoaa 85 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on espressokoneet ja tallelokerot. Tämä hotelli tarjoaa asiakkailleen huonehintaan sisältyvän langattoman internetyhteyden. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja. Allergiatestatut vuodevaatteet, silitysrauta/-lauta ja pyyhkeiden vaihto ovat saatavilla pyynnöstä. Vauvansänkyjä (lisämaksusta) voidaan myös järjestää pyynnöstä. Siivous on saatavilla päivittäin. Disabled people forget.
It is a great pity that the lifts are suitable for wheelchair customers, but the toilets in the rooms are not!

4* not comparable to Germany
First, something positive
The staff was top-notch, friendly, and attentive
It's just a shame that in a four-star hotel I have to pour my own wheat beer
I'm not used to that
In the room, I disliked that when you walk in, the spare toilet paper and makeup remover wipes are sitting out in the open on the shelf in the hallway
These should actually be in the bathroom
Unfortunately, there is no storage space at all above the sinks there, and I missed little things like Q-tips, toothpicks, and a little lotion
The lighting conditions in the bathroom are very poor
Way too dark
And the shower and shampoo dispensers were probably installed by a 6'7" man, because they are definitely hung way too high
On the small balcony, many tiles were loose and wobbled back and forth
Likewise, the entire top edge of the backrest on one chair was totally broken and torn open
You can easily ruin your clothes on that
These are just small complaints that you really shouldn't find in a four-star hotel

No (night) rest due to noise.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The restaurant has a large terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. The food was delicious and the service friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by the rooms we were assigned: rooms 4 and 5. These are located on level -1, right under the bar and kitchen of the restaurant. From the rooms we were almost constantly troubled by disturbing noise: rumbling from the kitchen, sliding chairs, footsteps and audible music from the bar. Resting quietly was therefore hardly possible.
After the first night we reported this to the reception. To our surprise, we were told that complaints have been received about this before. So people are clearly aware of the problem, but these rooms are still rented out. We find this incomprehensible and very disappointing.
Our advice to future guests is therefore: do not accept a room on level -1, directly under the kitchen and bar. The noise can completely ruin an otherwise pleasant stay. Too bad, because the hotel and restaurant have many assets in themselves.
