Amazing
I would like to give a very special mention to Reka, one of the receptionists at the Radisson Hotel Budapest BudaPart.
From the very first moment, Reka was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient. She genuinely helped us with everything. We had so many questions and came to her several times, but every single time she welcomed us with a smile. She never made us feel rushed, annoyed or as if we were asking too much. Quite the opposite — she always took the time to help us and made sure we understood everything clearly.
What impressed us most was her genuine kindness and incredible patience. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job because they have to, but with Reka it felt completely different. She truly went above and beyond to help us and made us feel that we could come to her with any question or concern.
Reka, we honestly cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us. ❤️ You made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. People like you are what truly make a difference in a hotel. A hotel can be beautiful, but it is the people who work there who ultimately make guests leave with wonderful memories — and you played a huge part in that for us.
I sincerely hope this review reaches you and the hotel management, because you truly deserve to be recognised and appreciated for everything you do.
Radisson Budapest BudaPart is very lucky to have someone like Reka. She is an absolute asset to the hotel!
