10/10 location. A few minutes from Parliament

Fabulous hotel. Close to all the monuments, especially the Parliament and the Danube. Very clean rooms and good breakfast. Definitely to return again. We are leaving delighted!

Hot room

I understand that Europe country do not keep their hotel rooms as cool as US hotels. We stayed in Italy before coming here. Our room as was hot and the AC was running like a fan. In fact, the hotel gave us a third hotel key just to keep the air circulating in the room while we are out. We paid extra for a 4 star hotel for the comfort and we did not get it. They claim to fix it and cannot switch room due to capacity. I am not normally rude, but I wake the hot room kept me awake, so I took my pillow and slept in the hotel lobby. The only accommodation they were willing to do was find an old fan to run in the room. I was on vacation and were miserable all day because we were tired. I know they were in a heat wave, but they are able to keep their lobby cool. In addition, while I was staying cool in the lobby, multiple people came down to report problems with hair dryers and hot water kettles.

I am sadly reading that you were disappointed with your choice and you were not satisfied with the air-condition.
Please accept our apology for not being able to provide you the experience which you have expected from us.
Unfortunately in this extremely hot weather the efficiency of the AC is decreasing.
Even the systems operating in larger institutions are not prepared for such an extremely high outdoor temperature and cannot cool the rooms with the same efficiency, but we are trying to find a solution for these extraordinary situations in the future.
I would like to thank you once again for having chosen our hotel and we do hope that we can have the opportunity to host you again.

Perfect location to explore the city!

Perfect location to explore the city. Nearby to amenities and public transport and only a short walk to the Danube. Room was great for what we needed it to be and breakfast had all the essentials to fill you up for a solid day sight seeing! Will return to stay at the hotel if we ever in Budapest again!

Good location

Extremely good location, close to the margaret island, the river, goos transport and many shops. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself were ok, not great, but still good.

Establishment matches the description

Clean hotel and well located in the city center.
The descent to park the car with the elevator is challenging! But the team is there to guide you calmly and with a smile.
Above all, remember to have a small car, otherwise park on the street.
Complete breakfast.
