It's a lovely hotel for that money.

I can't understand why this hotel is so lowly evaluated. I read before arrival - I was afraid. We checked in - a pleasant shock.The room is clean and snowy.Hot water in the shower.The staff I didn't see ,I can't say anything.At the reception sat a nice young man.Breakfast is hearty and delicious .We came with a Turkish group.Nearby there is a bar and a Turkish restaurant ,I don't know why nobody wrote about it.Maybe opened recently.Based on everything, I count the price = quality.Beauty through the eyes of the beholder

The receptionists in general badly. And there were 3 of us and we get picnic for 2.

Lord of the entrance on the 24th of December in the afternoon my mother my mother. Zero interest told us wrong the subway stop.

Slept in this hotel unfortunately. Everything will not describe since the most important BUGS BIT .!!!

Top price-performance ratio

We were very positively surprised by the hotel, the room was very clean. We had a window to the courtyard and it was very quiet. Reception very friendly and good English. The room was very large, beds also very clean.
Rich breakfast buffet, very pleasant breakfast room.
Away to r metro and to the tram about 5 minutes, and around the corner just a save to shop. Right next to it, a couple of food stores.

Good location

We stayed at this hotel for our visit to Budapest from the UK. Was quite disappointed with the hotel. We stayed in room 203. On arrival we were told that the room wasn’t ready due to it being cleaned, this was fine as we knew check in wasn’t until 4pm. When we got the key to the room the first thing I noticed when we opened the door was a smell of smoke mixed with sewage. The bathroom has a really unpleasant smell and the shower was slow draining which meant you had to stand in a puddle of water in the shower. There was also no plug on the bathroom sink and a very bad smell coming from the drain. On the day before we left (Wednesday) we requested clean towels as we had the same ones from Monday. Reception told us the room was due to be cleaned and we would receive towels when they were doing it. When we returned to the room it was not evident that anyone had been to clean it just new towels, bed weren’t made up and it did not smell fresh. All in all the hygiene standards of the hotel were very poor. Breakfast had a very poor choice and the covers were off the food towards the end of the service so most things were cold. Found most of the staff rude.
On a positive the hotel is located close to the metro which is handy for exploring the city.
