Big hotel, nice beach, comfortable stay in it.
The room is large and clean, the toilet is combined with the shower corner, this room itself is large.
The room has TV and there are two Russian channels, 36 and 38 buttons if I'm not mistaken.
TV smart, so watched YouTube, a lot of ads by the way when watching.
Buildings 5 and 6 are in the middle and whether on the left the room is or is on the right, they'll all come out overlooking the pools, there's three of them, and here's building 4, it's near the front desk, one side overlooks the pool and the other side overlooks the lawn, plus near building 4, there's a smoking area and there's also in the evenings companies are going to talk and play, maybe who's going to live there will seem noisy. 5 building 4 floors, 6 building 3 floors elevator not in them, but 4 building has elevator. The 4th building and the 5th building are passable 1st floors, so whoever will live in them will hear the passing campers.
The beach is municipal, but the sunbeds belong to the hotels. On several occasions I witnessed strangers getting on the sunbed and hotel security immediately appearing. I've learned that you can only borrow a sunbed from someone else on one condition: you order a certain amount at the bar.

In 7 days of rest only once it rained heavily that water from mountains of glass into the river to the left of the hotel and made the water opposite the hotel dirty. But walk 30 minutes without rushing to get there. When the road turns 90 degrees to the right, you'll see a passage and a Golden Fish sign on the left. There's a little heel with restaurants and shops, and the area authorities closed them down when they rested. They can also be reached by walking on the beach.

Outside Simmy Bar & Restaurant, we had dinner twice, there's a fruit outlet. Prices there are 60 baht for 1 kilo of mango. Before the flight back they ordered the girl fruit on the road, for the order we were given 3 small pineapples.
The restaurant ordered a set, it costs 1000 baht, beer separately 120 baht bottle 0.6L, it included fish, 4 shrimp and squid.
PS almost forgot. There are Russian-speaking workers at the reception, Nina and Alexander. So in my opinion, Nina has a DISLIKE FOR THE RUSSIANS. A couple of times they approached her and got dry answers, and when they passed by and saw her chatting with guests from Kazakhstan it was very different, she took out her phone, pointed out the place on the map and so on. I've never seen Alexandra in seven days, unfortunately.

The local Thai receptionists were fantastic but there was one receptionist (I think South African or Germany) was so rude and the way she treated my partner and I we cut our stay short.
We had planned to spend five days at the hotel but left a soon as we could get a flight out.

They also offered to credit one of the nights I’m not sure whether hotels.com will forward that credit to me?
This hotel just treats you as a number not a guest

Great value
If I had to mention one small point for improvement, it would be the beach towel exchange policy. Being able to exchange beach towels only once per day is sufficient during the dry season, but unfortunately during the rainy season it was not quite enough for us.
We had booked half board, and every evening we could choose a dish from the menu, as well as an appetizer and a dessert. The food was very tasty, but unfortunately my husband experienced stomach issues after two days, even though we ate exclusively at the hotel. We assume it may have been due to the eggs, which my son and I do not eat because of allergies, while my husband does. Everything else we consumed was the same. Fortunately, it did not spoil our holiday because it only lasted a short time.
The beach is beautiful. One section of the sand has been significantly eroded by the waves, exposing tree roots, but the rest of the beach is truly lovely. Everyone is very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The pools are large and clean.
We always enjoy returning to Thailand, and we will gladly stay at Sunwing hotels again.
