Disappointing
We booked five nights at this hotel thinking we would pay more for more comfort… the result: it was the complete opposite.
Upon arrival, the room did not meet expectations at all: too small and with an outdated television. We had to pay an extra fee to change rooms. But even after that, there was another disappointment: the television did not work properly (Netflix and YouTube were unusable). After several back-and-forths with the reception and yet another room change, we finally managed to get Netflix to work… even though the staff assured us that it was impossible throughout the hotel. Lack of professionalism and completely contradictory information.
The major problem remains the UNBEARABLE humidity in the rooms. Damp sheets, clothes that never dry, a constant musty smell… sleeping becomes unpleasant. The air conditioning, which is supposed to "solve" the problem, only worsens the feeling of damp cold. We have never encountered this in other hotels in Thailand, even those that are much cheaper.
Another surprise: no umbrellas available during the peak rainy season, only a beach umbrella offered. Incomprehensible for a hotel of this level.
Room towels are prohibited at the pool without any clear alternative, unlike what is normally done elsewhere.
Finally, the soundproofing is very poor: slamming doors, noise from housekeepers early in the morning… it is impossible to rest properly.
In summary: an expensive hotel for very disappointing comfort, a lack of coherence in the information provided by the staff, and conditions of stay far from acceptable. Very bad experience.

Won’t be back
The room was lovely but it’s no smoking throughout, you have to go to the car park which is a bit of a pain.
It didn’t feel as safe as our previous hotel and it also wasn’t to cleanest. There’s a balcony with a bath which was dirty and no outside seating
