Majoituspaikassa tehdään remonttia 1.8.2026– 30.9.2026 (remontin valmistumispäivä voi muuttua). Remontti vaikuttaa seuraaviin alueisiin: Yksi uima-altaista Asiakkaat voivat käyttää seuraavia vaihtoehtoisia tiloja korjaustöiden aikana:Ulkouima-allas Kunnostustöitä tehdään ainoastaan normaaliin työaikaan. Incredibly good experience
Everything was amazing from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day and the whole hotel was clean and well maintained.
On my birthday I was also surprised with a nice birthday cake in my room, which made the stay extra special. We really appreciated that!
The breakfast buffet was very large with a fantastic selection, and there was something for every taste.
The location is also perfect – close to the beach, restaurants, shops and everything one needs.
We can really recommend this hotel and will gladly come back again.

They collect 1000Baht cash (only) for every night as security deposit (I don't know for what since they can just simply ask for a credit card on file). For any guest visitor they charge 1000Baht. Breakfast is below average, lady at the reception stopped me from taking a muffin as i was leaving the restaurant reciting their rule no food to be taken out. Convenient location for walking to Patong Beach and restaurants. Easy car parking in front, but long walk from lobby to the room specially climbing to third floor without any elevator. Overall, the Hotel does not give a resort feel and has a depressing vibe.
I will look for other more friendly / modern Hotel next time.

Worest Resort
One of the staff her name is “SOM”, she wore is thest hotel representatives I have ever seen.
The air conditioner is very bad in some rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Since this is a big resort, you beed to call them for having a ride to the reception or the gate. Sometimes they come fast and sometimes they are not.
Not valued for your money. I have spent 5 days in this hotel.
The worst place to stay in Phuket.
I stayed in Phuket for a total of 34 days, during which I tried between 7 and 8 resorts. This is the worst place I have ever seen.
I have booked two rooms, each room for two adults. Upon check-in, there were three of us adults, so they forced me to register one of the rooms in the name of only one adult instead of two. When I invited a guest to visit me, they wanted to charge me extra, even though the room was already open.
It is occupied by two people.
One of the employees, named "SOM", is the worst hotel actress I have ever dealt with in my life.
Also, the air conditioners in some rooms are very bad and do not work as efficiently as required.
I absolutely do not recommend this place.
Since the resort is very large, you need to contact them whenever you need a car to take you to reception or to the gate. Sometimes they arrive quickly, and sometimes they are noticeably late.
It's not worth the money you pay to stay there. I wasted five days of my vacation at this hotel.

5 star hotel with the best location and the price very nice clean rooms and good breakfast very nice staff And always big smile specially JEF was very helpful to get us a good room will recommand to everyone 🌺❤️
