Stunningly Perfect
A stunning location. It was our honeymoon and the were absolutely lovely. Made our bed beautifully. Private beach. Pool. Everything was more than we could have dreamed. Peaceful and relaxed. Thank you!

This must be paradise.
We booked a 4-day stay at this beautiful place, but we wish we had booked 10 because the time we spent here wasn't enough.
The setting was like paradise, peaceful, quiet, and magnificent for us.
We stayed in villa number 103 and I will book the same villa again when I want to come back.
Our villa, garden, and private pool were magnificent; I wish there was a higher level of the word magnificent, that's what I would use ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We spent the day between the pool and the sea, I really enjoyed taking photos of every spot, sun loungers were reserved for the villas, waking up early in the morning and washing your face in the sea was a wonderful feeling, and drinking our coffee in the pool was a different experience altogether. I had ordered a floating tray breakfast as a surprise for my wife's birthday and we absolutely loved it, it was our first time experiencing something like this thanks to you, and thank you so much for the birthday cake
From the moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with fragrant, ice-cold towels and cold beverages while your check-in process is being completed The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The environment is very quiet, calm and peaceful. If you want a quiet holiday away from the noise, this is paradise. The sea is crystal clear, and watching the sunset step by step is indescribable.
The breakfast caters to everyone, because although I haven't quite gotten used to Thai cuisine, I can honestly say I never went hungry here.
Thank you so much to the head chef for dinner! He prepares wonderfully delicious meals. We wanted to try different dishes every day and the flavors lingered in our mouths. The portions were very filling and incredibly tasty.
The hotel has proven its worth with its single, unchanging owner for 20 years, in my opinion. Yes, it's a bit old and needs some renovation in some areas, but its age doesn't detract from its beauty.
Our villa had two bathrooms; the turquoise-colored sinks created a lovely ambiance. Everything was thoughtful, from insect repellent to umbrellas; kimonos were hanging on hangers waiting for you to use, except for towels.
There is no charge for the items in the mini-bar; you can request more for free when it runs out. In fact, staff come to your motel every day to clean your room and replenish the mini-bar supplies.
Wi-Fi works everywhere and that's great.
There's nothing like sipping wine by the pool and overlooking the sea at your villa at night.
I wish I had the chance to stay in this wonderful place for the rest of my life.

A slightly dated hotel but this is made up for by the stunning ‘on the beach’ location and very warm and friendly staff.
We arrived at the hotel from Bangkok to await news of a return flight to London after three previous flights were cancelled.
On arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff and given cold towels and a cool drink.
Understandably, our rooms were not quite ready but our luggage was stored and we were provided with pool towels.
When our rooms were ready a member of staff came and found us on the beach to let us know.
Our room was spacious with a large veranda facing the sea.
The breakfast was of a good quality and well prepared. We had dinner twice at the hotel, the food was very appetising, and the staff attentive.

Dissapointment
This was our second stay at Andaman White Beach Resort, having previously visited last year. We chose to return because we had fond memories of our first visit, and we appreciated that the resort welcomed us back with complimentary fresh coconuts and a fruit basket. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued as returning guests.
Unfortunately, our overall experience this time was quite disappointing compared to our previous stay.
One drawback is the location. While the private beach setting is beautiful, the resort is quite far from Patong and other popular areas. Even visiting the nearest beach, Mai Khao/Mai Thon area, can cost around 200 THB for transportation, which adds up quickly during a holiday.
The biggest disappointment was the dining experience. One evening, while we were outside, we called the hotel and informed them that we would arrive before 10:30 PM, which is the restaurant's last order time. We returned at approximately 10:32 PM and politely requested to place an order. However, the restaurant staff member was very rigid and simply stated that the kitchen was closed. No effort was made to accommodate us despite our prior call, and we ultimately had to order food through Grab. This was particularly frustrating for a resort of this category.
The property itself also appeared to be suffering from a shortage of staff. This was noticeable throughout the resort. The beach, which was one of the main reasons we returned, was littered with garbage and did not appear to be cleaned regularly. Some of the room door locks were not functioning properly, and several poolside recliners had torn fabric, giving parts of the resort a neglected appearance.
Breakfast was average and did not meet the expectations we had based on our previous stay.
In terms of service, the experience was mixed. The receptionist with the stylish glasses and short hair, along with one male staff member whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. However, most of the other staff members seemed indifferent and lacked the warmth and hospitality that guests would expect from a beachfront resort.
It is disappointing to write this review because we genuinely enjoyed our first visit and specifically chose to return. The resort still has a beautiful location and tremendous potential, but it appears that maintenance, staffing, and service standards have declined since our last stay. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so that future guests can experience the resort at its best.

Excellent private beach and large pool. Spacious rooms and lovely staff. Some areas a little tired but authentic hotel, better than pristine and dull.
