Great area for shopping, drinking and eating which are all on your door step.
Second time stayi g at the hotel so do recommend it

Great hotel, great location Shane about staff toilets

My suite was mine, large but a bit dated. Staff were very friendly and helpful but there was a couple of issues.. breakfast. Nice spread but bit of an ant infestation. Made the staff aware of this multi times and then gave up. Also the view from my room was staff accommodation. Which backed by the city view wasn’t too bad. Except on a night time the staff used the grassed area outside their homes as a toilet.. a few time I had to avert my eyes as ladies came out and dropped their pants to use the grassed area outside! Maybe staff toilets be a great addition?
Other than that a pleasant stay and great location.

Would not recommend

Booked an early check-in but had to wait 90 minutes after the time the hotel had actually confirmed, staff either didn't know or looked at me as if i was an inconvenience when i tried to check in earlier.
Building very old in disrepair, ceilings in entrance to wing falling down and dangerous,
balcony view is a corrugated roof and window looking straight into rooms, tiny shower room,fittins in showerrusty with scailed up showerhead which felt dirty, very very old furniture ,torn material under chair,
No air-conditioning in the gym with glass wall so it's a green house and totally unusable
Poor communication between staff at reception .
Advertising pictures must be from somewhere else in my view.
Im sure there is more but just accept from me, this is not where you want to stay

Staff was great room was huge. Jacuzzi was great. Pool was a little cool is the worst thing I can say.

Silent place and ok big room.. Aircondition was poor, complained about it and they Just come for look and then go without do nothing, but the price was good👌 Housekeeper was supernice👌
