Wonderful scenery

It was a wonderful hotel.
All the employees are smiling and very polite.
I will never forget the view from the 26th floor!
It would be perfect if the breakfast were a little tastier...
It was a slightly expensive hotel for us, but we hope to go again.

Horrible front staff behaviour

We are a group of 10 people travelling together. So far the soft skills of the front desk and staff has been terrible. Soft skills and hospitality skills of the staff are non existent.

Might be the best choice you can make in Bangkok

Everything you read about this hotel is true: the location is unbeatable. It might genuinely be the best-connected hotel in Bangkok, with direct access to both the BTS and MRT as well as Terminal 21. It makes everything incredibly easy.
What stood out most, though, was the staff: genuinely warm, helpful and consistently excellent throughout the stay.
And everything here feels oversized in the best possible way: the huge pool, the gym, and the extensive spa, tennis & golf facilities that guests can use for free. There’s a real sense of space everywhere.
I’d also highly recommend booking a suite. The views over Bangkok are exceptional, and if you ask for a park view, they’re unobstructed.
If you’re looking for ultra-luxury, there are obviously more glamorous hotels in Bangkok. But if you want a great hotel with excellent facilities, fantastic staff and an unbeatable location, I honestly think this is one of the best value-for-money hotels in the city.

Hotel is nice but exiting on to the street is very dangerous with heavy traffic that won’t often stop for pedestrians.

Wonderful location, very convenient to get around to. Also helpful that one of the major malls is right within the hotel location...basically you can walk into the mall from the hotel lobby side entrance itself. The breakfast had many options. Upon checking that we were vegetarian, their staff went the extra mile and especially ordered some more vegetarian options for the next morning's breakfast which was above and beyond. Thank you for the same!
