B&B Hotel Aalborg
B&B HOTEL Aalborg sijaitsee Aalborgissa 1 km:n päässä Budolfin katedraalista ja 1,2 km:n päässä Pyhän Hengen luostarista. Tässä 3 tähden hotellissa on yhteinen oleskelutila ja ilmastoidut huoneet, joissa on ilmainen WiFi ja oma kylpyhuone.

Clean room. The whole hotel was tidy. Online check in is a bit of a furphy. I couldn't get the passport scan to work so I manually entered the details. But at the end of the day, somebody still has to manually create your access code so it takes some time to get that. Otherwise the hotel is great

Rude staff and bad breakfast
Rude staff in the reception.
We were staying at the hotel, because we celebrated our anually wedding anniversary, but not extra service from the reception. Our check in took approx 10 minutes. Nobody in the que before us. The check out took 20 minutes. Nobody in the que before us.
We had to eat our breakfast in a sofa in the reception, as there are very limited seats in the restaurant. The amount of seats in the restaurant does not at all match the amount of guests, that can stay at the hotel.
The breakfast was not at a high quality, as we would expect and as good as we get at other hotels. We are often staying at hotels around Denmark and abroad.
And when I mentioned this at the reception during check out, the staff was just rude again. Only reply from the staff was "do You want the receipt send to your mail"
I told them, that our stay was not fulfilling our expectations at all and that I work in a big company having a lot of customers coming to Aalborg. And based on this very bad experience, I will not recommend the hotel to our customers. Also this is the last time, we will book room at B&B Hotel Aalborg

Extremely small room, no where to walk.
Very dirty also, we found hair in two of the 4 beds and everywhere on the floor, toilet was dirty too.
Very disappointing.
I suppose that’s what you get for a small fee.
Breakfast only had boiled eggs for a warm food, nothing else. Plus a few veggies, fruits, cereals and yogurts.
Would not recommend this place.

They need a bigger door keypad!
Really nice and fairly new hotel. Minimal parking on site which cannot be reserved, got in on a Sunday as we arrived at 2 but later on it was full and not sure where you would be able to park otherwise. The other thing is that if you get there too early before your 3 o’clock check in time you have to pay extra for the parking which is almost half of the total cost of the day just for an hour. This is out of the control of the staff so begging won’t help! Pay the parking as soon as you arrive at hotel reception,you have a 10 minute gap to do it in. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is small but adequate for a short one to two night stay. The bed in our room was a king size and typical firm Danish style but not as bad as some. Extra pillows are provided if required. Decent shower, no fridge in the room. They advertise air conditioning which we always book when we travel. They were having a bit of a heatwave whilst we were here and the temperatures were around 27, the air conditioning in the room really could not cope with this and apparently is an eco one which on,y heats up or cools down by 3 degrees, so really not enough for a hot day but I suppose better than nothing. We did manage to open the window at night which was better. Breakfast was very good. There is a really good pizza place nearby if you do not want to walk back into town, called Fumo, showing the hotel card will give you a 10% discount on your total bill including drinks. The only reason i have given one star is that they operate a code system to get into your room which is about 7 numbers long on a small door keypad, so no way of remembering your number and fine for the youngsters, but for us oldies it is a case of putting on your glasses to see what you are doing. Otherwise would recommend.

Our room was very warm…a bit too hot for sleeping. We had a corner room, so the sun was a factor. Only cleanliness issues were not a problem of the hotel, but more the remnants of the Karnaval in Aarlborg that was held the day before we arrived.
