Rooms average, hospitality poor
We still had to pay on site and got a wordless knock on the door from the service staff on August 17th in the late morning. We initially thought it was room service and thankfully declined this service. Unfortunately, the “Do not disturb” sign could not be found in the folder of the house rules, as noted passively-aggressively by the service personnel. We found it lying on the wardrobe by accident the next day.
After another wordless knock by the staff member and another thankful rejection on our part, she very definitely said that she was not room service, but “still needed our money”. A time for payment was not agreed the day before.
The payment was done by us afterwards and we were very upset about this expandable communication.
Otherwise, the rooms are mostly clean, except for the shower (pictures attached).
Without the confrontation with the aforementioned service person we would have given 4 stars.
For comparison, the attendant service on the day of departure (August 19) was very friendly.

Freundliche Mittelklasse Pension
Lage und Umgebung: Die Lage der Pension war etwas abgelegen, aber dennoch gut erreichbar. Mit der Tram und einem Fußweg von etwa einem Kilometer gelangte man bequem zur Unterkunft. Es gab auch eine Busverbindung, die fast bis zur Tür führte, allerdings fuhr diese insbesondere abends nicht sehr häufig. Die ruhige Umgebung der Pension trug zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt bei.
Zimmer: Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und hell, ideal auch für geschäftliche Zwecke dank des vorhandenen Schreibtisches. Die Einrichtung war funktional und bot alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigte.
Service: Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte.
