- Receptionist is not 24 hours. Understanable, thus you have make sure check-in at precise hour
- Hot water at shower is not maximum
- Expect as what you pay, then lower a bit, you'll be happy go lucky
- Towels are provided, and free car park on the curb across the hotel, FCFS
- Shops, restos, transport are close by

We were in the room for only ten minutes. The sent was choking my wife, she had to go outside for fresh air. We couldn’t stay there. They would not refund any money.
We ended up across town at the Niu Hotel which not far from the main train station. It was about the same cost and it was beautiful.

Hands off – worst hotel experience ever!

Arrived late in the evening, no staff there – just the caretaker who quickly put the key in our hands. The room was an absolute nightmare: broken bunk bed with missing slatted base, mold in the sleeping area and foul canal smell.
Booked was a “Classic Twin Room” with a picture of a double bed – instead a broken bunk bed. The unfriendly “boss” only offered to stay there or pay €30 “rebooking fee” to get a better room in a sister hotel. Total fraud!
The hotel has nothing to do with a 3-star standard. We left that night. Never again – absolutely not recommended!

Rooms stink of smoke

The rooms smell strongly of smoke, very clairvoyant, our bed was sloping (skewed) and everything is quite old.
Even for one night to travel on more than borderline
