The best stay in Iași!

Our four-day stay at Iași’s Hotel Select was outstanding. The location is perfect to reach any part of the city on foot or using any of the excellent buses or trams outside the hotel. The rooms are large by any standard and very comfortable. The service by the staff, especially Antonela, was impeccable. From the moment that she greeted us upon arrival to answer questions about her adopted city of Iași or Romania, she was the best and oh so welcoming. The parking attendants (all of them) were helpful, professional and very nice (we had a car). We could not have been more pleased with this hotel and absolutely recommend it.

very good hotel. good location.quiet and friendly

stayed here for 3 nights. reserved a single room and it has a double bed which is a big bonus. exellent location, very friendly stuff
breakfast is very basic but it is enough for starting the day

Excellent stay for a city break

A very nice, cosy hotel, clean, spacious rooms and a lovely and very thoughtful lady (Antonela) at the front desk, as we arrived a good few hours earlier from the station and she made sure we got our room as soon as possible.
The breakfast was delicious and varied.
The cake shop downstairs with the nice terrace and all the amazing cakes were a great sweet daily "activity" we enjoyed.
I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Iași.

was here many years ago , best food i’ve had in Romania . last evening different story . food like baby food . mostly the service , bad , sloppy , with sports clothes on . one waiter thought it was fun to open wine , throwing corks into bin on a dinner table .after we had our main course i had to send out a search party for service !!! i could go on . won’t be back !!!

Very good hotel

Very good experience with this hotel. I booked a triple room which was very comfortable, with 2 separate sleeping areas. Nice toiletries (Rituals) and coffee making facilities.
We arrived 2 hours early and we were given our room straight away which was very nice as we were pretty tired after a long drive.
The hotel is situated in the center of the city, in the middle of very nice areas with shops, pedestrian streets , beer gardens, historical monuments etc.
The hotel has a nice outdoors terrace where you could relax and sample their amazing cakes from their own cake shop. The service is very prompt and friendly.
The breakfast was adequate, a small suggestion would be to replace the food quicker as there were quite a few empty plates.
We had dinner in their restaurant and the food was very nice.
The price of the room is very competitive as we would usually pay triple that for the same facilities in a Western Europe hotel.
I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
