Would resommend

Really enjoyed our stay here. Booked basic room only so can't comment on food or balconies.
Location - excellent: just a few minutes stroll from both the railway and bus stations and across the road from the beach. great neighbouring cafes and bars with special mention to the boulangerie and "snack" bar next door which was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine watching "the world go by".
Room was very clean and furnishings comfortable enough (although limited storage was a very minor issue). Shower and toilet (as well as bag storage) available to fit around check in/out.
Staff were all wonderful and friendly (as was pretty well everyone we met). Staff spoke English which was so helpful with our limited French.

Expensive and well below a 4-star rating.

Tiny room for 3 people (334 euros without breakfast). Car parking is overpriced (25 euros) and cannot be reserved. Woken up in the morning between 5 and 6 o'clock by the city's cleaning trucks. No drop-off zone in front of the hotel for luggage...

Amazing location - but a bit noisy (both street-noise and other guests). Friendly and helpfull staff - LOVE that beachtowels are included ☺️

Pleasant and efficient

An ideally located establishment to enjoy the downtown beaches and visit Saint-Raphaël. Everything can then be done on foot, which is a real advantage during peak times. The staff is smiling, professional, and pleasant; the rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. A private parking lot, equipped with charging stations, is available under the hotel. The only downsides could be the sound insulation on the boulevard and sea side, as well as the air conditioning, which struggles a bit to be fully effective during periods of high heat. The hot breakfast items would undoubtedly benefit from being presented on equipment other than the heating plate used: the products are good but dried out and cold. These are areas for improvement, but this hotel remains without a doubt a place to recommend and in which we would gladly stay.

I am giving 3 stars only because we bought an ocean view room, but a construction was going on and the ocean view was blocked. We didn’t get any notification about the construction and we still paid extra for the ocean view option.
