I would recommend to anyone to stay in the Dusit Hotel.

Not family-friendly — very disappointing
At the pool, management asked the lifeguard—not us directly—to tell us to keep our children quiet, despite them simply playing and laughing normally. The lifeguard looked embarrassed and apologetic about having to deliver this unreasonable message. If management had a concern, they should have had the courtesy and professionalism to speak to us directly.
We were also approached twice at our rooms about noise. Of course, we respect other guests, but expecting very young children to behave as though they are an adult is unrealistic.
The biggest issue is that none of these strict expectations were communicated before booking. Had we known, we would have chosen another hotel.
Families should never feel like they have to apologise simply because their children are being children. Unfortunately, our experience here made us feel exactly that way. This was our first stay, and it will definitely be our last. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to families who expect to feel welcomed and respected.

We fully appreciate that young children will naturally play, laugh, and make noise, particularly when enjoying the swimming pool. At the same time, our hotel has a responsibility to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, including those seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay. The attention given by our team and the requests made during your stay were intended to address noise levels that were reported as excessive, rather than to prevent families from enjoying the hotel facilities.
We would also like to clarify that while we understand that expecting very young children to behave like adults is unrealistic, we do expect a minimum level of parental supervision and discipline, particularly in shared areas, and that behaviour should not become disruptive to other guests. Our team is required to respond when concerns are raised regarding noise or the comfort of other guests. This approach is not intended to make families feel unwelcome or to single out your group, but rather to balance the needs of all guests and ensure that our shared facilities and accommodation areas remain enjoyable and comfortable for everyone.
That said, we are sorry that our approach was perceived as unwelcoming or overly restrictive. We also understand your concern regarding the manner in which the message was communicated through our lifeguard, and we will take this feedback into consideration when reviewing our approach to such situations.
We acknowledge your feedback regarding the communication of our expectations and will review how we can better communicate relevant policies to guests before and during their stay, while maintaining the standards expected throughout the hotel.
We appreciate your feedback and hope that, should you reconsider staying with us in the future, we will have the opportunity to provide an experience that better meets your expectations while maintaining the comfort and standards expected by all our guests.
