It was a nice stay sheets were clean and towels were normal.but some dishes were dirty and there was a broken coffee cup. I would liked a broom to sweep up. The tv is a smart TV but the remote worked half the time I think it needs batteries.

Avoid this place at all costs

This place is filthy. Very, very, VERY dirty.
The building itself is scary and badly maintained.
The room smelled strongly of cold tobacco, an odor so intense that it was impossible to get rid of, even after airing the room.
The bedsheets were dirty, clearly not properly cleaned, and the common areas were absolutely excruciating in terms of hygiene.
I had booked an apartment with a private bathroom, and instead I was given a tiny room with shared bathroom and shared toilets. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
The receptionist was totally incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. No help, no solution, no empathy. I received no commercial gesture, no apology, nothing. Just indifference.
We left immediately because staying there was simply not possible.
Thank you very much for ruining the stay.

Despite the check-in instructions, I still found the process a bit confusing when there was no one available to assist upon arrival. Because of that, I did not feel the hostel was very safe, as the female dorm I stayed in did not even have a lock on the door, meaning anyone could enter, just like the main entrance of the hostel. Additionally, I wanted to ask about the laundry facilities and approached a staff member who was in the laundry area, but she responded in a very rude way, making a dismissive hand gesture telling me to leave, with a bad expression, as if I were bothering her. In the end, I gave up on doing my laundry.
If you are only staying for a few days, it might be okay if you don’t mind these issues. However, if you are looking for a hostel with a friendly and welcoming vibe, this is not the place for you.

I upgraded to a private room when I got there so I didn’t really get to experience the shared room. It was a great location. I love that. I had a private outdoor courtyard to get to my room and a private Terrace. The room itself was small but doable nice little bathroom, hot water in the shower. The only thing is that when it rains the ceiling leaked and I had to put the garbage pail to get the water but no big deal. They do deliver breakfast to your room which is nice and the people that worked there are very helpful. Overall good experience for budget travelers.

DO NOT STAY NO MATTER WHAT

VERY UNSAFE DO NOT STAY
i was staying in their apartments and a man entered my room in the middle of the night without knocking. we were all girls, emailed the hostel and they did NOTHING about it and didn't even offer any kind of help. for your own safety pls don't stay here because the property will do nothing to help you even if something happens
