HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Breakfast, location, attention and views; EXCELLENT. Calle's kindness to his wife Catty is unmatched. It is a bit complicated to access, you can do it on foot or by motorcycle taxi, but it is worth it. Clean, comfortable and welcoming for its simple decoration

The most beautiful accommodation in Pucusana

Cruz Del Sur is located on the top of Pucusana overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the cosy small fishing village of Pucusana.
Calle and Cathy have a very nice, clean and homely place where you feel comfortable and they are the sweetest people who care about their surroundings.

Wonderful Bed & Breakfast!

This is a quant B & B at the top of a hill with expansive views of the harbor and ocean. We visited in winter but were still able to sit on the terrace at night. The family room on the top floor had windows all around and even though there was no heater, the host brought up lots of blankets to keep us warm. The host was very warm and gracious and made us a delicious breakfast. Pucusana is a very authentic fishing village and is a great place to immerse yourself in the Peruvian coastal culture. We took a boat out for fishing and a harbor tour with a very nice man - Luis Castillo +51 956177 187. He only speaks Spanish but you can easily communicate what you want to do. We ate at Jhony II everyday. The seafood was so fresh - we saw the fishermen deliver it while we were sitting at the table and the owner was very friendly. If you are looking for a half day fun adventure, I highly recommend Sandboard Lima (which is reviewed under Lima activities).

Stunning view and super friendly host

The healthy, fresh and diverse (and delicious) breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the bay. You cannot get a better view in Pucasana, than at Hospedaje Cruz del Sur. Trust me, I have tried. Also, it will be hard finding a nicer host than Calle and his family. Definitely a 100 % recommendation. The prices are also really fair.

Bed & breakfast

Lovely stay at pucusana's highest point. We were received by the Danish Peruvian Host Called and Cathy. The hostel is located with an incredibly exquisite views over the city and the Pacific ocean. Very nice room with a shared toilet and shower. Lovely breakfast served on the fine terrace. The hostel is nice and clean and has a high standard in Peru.
