Home away from home
I found a new family in Radisson Blu Martinez in Beirut during my six week stay! From the moment I walked in the door, I received a warm pleasant welcome from Nadeem at the reception to Salah the concierge who took me to my room! when I met the other Hadi at the reception -I knew I was in good hands. The most gracious Ilam with a lovely smile and her team of the two Hadis, Shadi and Ali hosted me at the restaurant with lovely food and even better service - thank you for always asking after me when I missed breakfast. They always got my eggs right :) - thanks Shadi! Then the jovial, gentlemanly Raja - a brother - who made my macchiato just the way I liked it and served it with a smile and laughter after a long day's work. Room service Hamza-thank you! Lucy was a gem from housekeeping who always ensured my room was sparkling and greeted me with a smile. I must mention helpful Rita who so gently with a smile , graciously made sure my take home food was warmed just right : ). Every day I came back, the other concierges Hassan and team ushered me in like a cherished family member. To top it all - the beautiful and super gracious Deputy Sales Director, Marie Claire who always checked on me to make sure my stay was as comfortable as ever - going out of her way to wish me a good morning when she found me at the restaurant and bye when she left at the end of the day. This whole team showed me it was possible to have a home away from home - I was enveloped in the warmth of top notch client service, hospitality, professionalism. I'll miss you all team Radisson Blu Martinez! Thank you so so very much.

Tourist visit
It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've tried as a location. It's very close to the most famous places, and as people, they are very respectful; I can't describe how beautiful it is, but it's worth trying.

Great hotel, friendly staff, professional service.
The staff is super nice specially Maha & Hadi. Service was top and they were able to fulfill all our requests. The room was big, very comfortable & clean. The area is really close to all attractions in Beirut. Fully recommend!

Good service, great beakfast!
Room are very roomy and the bed was firm. Very refreshing night spent. The service at Olivos retaurant for the plentiful breakfast was hospitable and friendly. Try the poached eggs with toast and bechamel sauce!
