We stayed for two nights in a room that was on the third floor. There is no elevator, but they were able to locate someone to carry our bags up the three flights which have a challenging access. The room was nice but quite small plenty of hot water we had a room with a small window that had a view of the Reva and waterfront. Bed was in good condition. Air conditioning worked well.

Very friendly hotel staff and accommodating for our one night stay. Hotel was very clean and well maintained with an excellent location for exploring, shopping and dining.

Our room at Castle 1700 was in the annex, as I had requested. The room and the bathroom we're very clean and comfortable. Mijo was very helpful to us in moving our luggage up and down the steps to our room. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet on one of the two days that we stayed there and it was a very nice breakfast complete with a combination of hot food and cold food options. We really liked staying in the Old City and it was very convenient to many of the shops and the restaurants of old town. I will say that the temperatures outside were very warm while we were there but the air conditioning inside the room was very cool and refreshing and did not disappoint while we were there.

Perfect location, actually within the old palace and just by Riva. As it is in a very old building there are no elevators. Very helpful staff,,quiet room and AC worked well. The breakfast was very good.

Bang in the old town staff super helpful no lift so bangs carried up to 2 nd floor small room tiny bathroom but charming
