Exceptional Hospitality Made Our Stay Truly Memorable!
We were thoroughly spoiled with wonderful food throughout our stay, and they even packed a bottle of olive oil in bubble wrap for us to take home — such a lovely personal touch. We had a fantastic time at the Guerlain Spa and loved relaxing on the patio while watching the beautiful sunsets.
The location is ideal — Glyfada is just a 10-minute walk away, and the food at Ora was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and left loving Greece even more. We would definitely return!

We regret that the proximity of the suites affected your sense of privacy, and your feedback on this has been noted. We are also sorry that your experience at Sumosan fell short of what we would expect. FOOD POISONING
Food poisoning whole family!!
So bad. Still suffering from it!
Our family holiday at One&Only Aesthesis was unfortunately cut short by a very distressing experience. Several members of my family became seriously ill during our stay, and I became so unwell that I required a doctor, an ambulance, and a hospital visit. My daughter and husband also became ill, and my husband is still suffering from symptoms and we are all experiencing extreme fatigue. We ultimately had to leave Greece three days early, losing a significant amount of money on unused accommodation, emergency flights, medical expenses, and transit arrangements. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite the resort being fully aware that I had required an ambulance and hospital treatment, no member of management came to check on me or my family. I do want to acknowledge the wonderful physician, housekeeping staff, and security staff member Nick, who were genuinely kind and supportive. However, overall, this was an incredibly upsetting experience that turned what was supposed to be a special family holiday into a medical and financial nightmare. I sincerely hope the resort takes our experience and its food-safety concerns seriously.

When your wife required medical assistance, our Manager on Duty immediately arranged for an ambulance and remained actively involved, keeping you informed throughout the process. We also have on record that, following your wife's return from the hospital, you personally thanked the manager for the support, care, and assistance that was provided during this difficult time.
We would also like to clarify that during your stay there was no indication or report that other members of your family were experiencing similar symptoms. Furthermore, we did not receive reports of similar symptoms from any other guests who consumed the same food and beverages during the same period.
The health and safety of our guests is our highest priority, and we take any concerns regarding food safety extremely seriously. We maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols and investigate all reported incidents thoroughly.
While we regret that your holiday did not meet your expectations, we hope that your wife has now fully recovered. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, we kindly invite you to take this offline so that we can address your concerns through the appropriate channels.
