Business meeting

Rooms are quite old, still spring matress (I hate them) and bathroom needs to be refurbished. The meeting room was ok (we were about 100 people). Breakfast, food and service in the average.For business trip can be considered an option.

It could be a nice hotel if the people are more friendly.

I marked down due to the unfriendly and rude service I received from one of the male waiters in the breakfast room. He rudely and abruptly asked me why I had 3 sets of cutlery in my table. I informed him they were there when I came. What kind of speaking to customers is that. If you don't like your job. Do something else. The hotel is in the 'classic' style which I find to be very elegant. Just outside is a bus stop that the X96 bus will take you straight to the airport. It takes about 45 mins. From experience they don't charge for using the minibar. I been here twice in 1 month. The room is clean but the air conditioning is too loud and not effective in the summer heat of August. The cleaner knocked on my door at 10am! 1 hour before check out time even I placed the 'not to disturb' card outside! Checkin and out was quick and easy. He just asked for my name and signature on the card. It could be a nice hotel if the people are more friendly.

Old hotel but nice location

This hotel is located in a perfect place if you like shopping playing golf nightlife and beach. The hotel is very old reminds me of the early 70’s. The biggest problem they have are the pigeons flying on to the balconies and the noise from the main road. Staff are great and service very good. Refurbishment is vital on the main grounds and rooms. Good for a business stay or for a short stay.

Would Not Recommend

Stayed here with family and friends and only had problems. AC doesn't work in the room, theres ants everywhere, and housekeeping stole from us (and denied it). The man at the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice comfortable hotel but location needs to be considered.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel. The outdoor pool is very good, the public areas bright and modern. The room had a balcony, sea view and sunshine most of the day. The bathroom was on the small side and rather old fashioned.
Staff were efficient, rather than warm friendly and engaging.
The major drawback from giving this hotel a whole hearted recommendation is the location. It is too far out of Glyfada for a stroll to the centre of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. However, there are bus stops to Glyfada or Athens nearby, similarly a tram station around 250 metres away and taxis are easily available.
