Excellent in every way 10/10
Upon arriving everywhere I looked was a visual feast. This is backed up with exceptional service and comfort. Staff was excellent, and front desk was always helpful, especially Damon who I interacted with the most . I did not take advantage of any of the food, so I cannot speak to the quality, but I imagine it’s excellent as well.
There is a premium shopping center next door with plenty of food choices that are quick and simple.
Quiet neighborhood as well that is a short walk from Ritan Park (I highly recommend going there) for a break from the city).

A special address in Beijing where art meets hospitality!
We were particularly impressed that every single department played its part in this extraordinary experience. Our rooms were always beautiful and decorated with great attention to detail. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Since we visited Beijing as tourists, we received excellent recommendations and individually compiled plans that helped us greatly in exploring the city.
A special praise goes to front office manager Tony. Even before we arrived, he personally took care of us, developed ideas with us and made plans on how to make our stay in Beijing the best possible. This personal attention even before the actual arrival was exceptional and has continued throughout our stay.
It was also my birthday during our stay, and here too the team managed to surprise me completely. The attention, personal gestures and loving details have made this already special day even more memorable. It is precisely such moments that it is not just professional service that is offered here, but genuine hospitality.
The concierge service also deserves a lot of praise: always attentive, present and ready to help with any request.
We would also like to pay a very special compliment to the F&B team. The gastronomic offer was excellent. The George’s Restaurant is a wonderful address for an excellent dinner, and breakfast has also delighted us every morning. It was rich, high quality and varied – we found it particularly nice that the selection changed from day to day and there was always something new to discover.
A personal thank you also goes to Damon who took the time to take us on a fantastic tour of the hotel. He showed us many special areas and details of the house and gave us exciting insights into the hotel. His enthusiasm, knowledge and personal nature made this tour a real highlight of our stay.
Another big thank you goes to the Swiss manager Dany Lützel. For us as Swiss guests it was of course especially nice to recognize his signature and personal flair in the hotel. You can feel that he was able to bring his experience, his personality and also a piece of Swiss hospitality to the house. This special blend of international luxury, personal warmth and attention to detail gives the Éclat Hotel its own character.
However, what made the Éclat Hotel Beijing really special for us are the people. From pre-arrival care to front office, housekeeping and F&B – everywhere you feel exceptional attention and an honest desire to offer something special to the guest.
During our entire stay we felt not just as guests, but personally welcomed and well looked after. This is exactly what we call genuine hospitality.
A huge thank you to Tony, Damon, Dany and the entire team at Éclat Hotel Beijing for this unforgettable time, the many personal gestures and for making our stay – and especially my birthday – so special.
We would come back without hesitation and can fully recommend this exceptional place. Definitely 5 stars – a hotel and above all a team we will remember for a long time!
