Excellent choice to stay in Nairobi
Very peaceful place , efficient and polite staff, nice location close to Westlands . I will go back for my next stay in Nairobi. Excellent prices and different sizes of guest houses are available.The little garden is nice and refreshing with tables to enjoy your coffee surrounded by flowers, trees and birds.

Indeed, we're located in a beautiful, safe, and secure, private gated home environment – in a safe and secure gated community – in a safe and secure walking neighbourhood – with 24/7 security.
We are also in a prime location close to major retail centres, U.N. offices, and other international agencies. Westlands and Village Market shopping areas are only 5 km away, and downtown Nairobi is only 10 km away.

For work or pleasure Lake View is an ideal location
Great to be back at Lake View Studios - been using their service now for over 3 years and apart from been in a perfect location for business activities is also in a lovely location as a work base.
As always the rooms are well maintained and the service from the Lake View Team is always exceptional - no issue is an issue for them

Lake View Studios are suitable for travelers to Nairobi on short stays for business, tourism, or other reasons.
Our studios are set up as distinct units, each having its own private ground-floor entrance, kitchenette, and private ensuite bathroom. Our studios vary in size and arrangement, with each having its own unique design and taste, and are organized as "self-catering."
Our studios provide standard features such as a double bed with mosquito net, clothing cupboards, a work desk, an equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker), and cutlery and crockery closets. Some of the larger studios provide additional twin beds with mosquito nets.

So easy
The whole set up was just what I needed. The studio was really clean, and had all the appliances I could want for the week I was there. The team were also lovely and the setting was very quiet and relaxing.

Surprisingly wonderful guesthouse for the cheap cost!
We had an absolutely sensational stay here. My mother has had several surgeries on her shoulder and we found the bed far too firm on our first night. When we reported to the manager in the morning, a new and very soft mattress was brought within a few hours that was incredibly comfortable for the rest of our stay! The rooms are adorable with a kettle, stove and microwave and the staff are incredibly attentive and sweet and took really good care of us from finding lost items, bringing drinking water when we needed it and finding an UberEats that was a bit lost. The area is beautiful and very safe, it is right next to a security check-point and the UN! There is free wifi which we really appreciated though the codes can get a bit annoying to enter repeatedly in the computer. I had a previously terrible experience on a private taxi in Nairobi and was very nervous. Lake View Studios recommended a driver named Noah who was perfect, he was punctual, professional and made us feel very safe. For the price and the place, Lake View is a gem and we will definitely be back!

We offer separate studio units of different sizes, and configurations. Each has its own unique design and flavor, and is organized as a self-contained, “self-catering” unit. We were happy to make your stay more comfortable. We are always open to guest needs and try our best to accommodate them.

Good place to stay
Excellent studio appartments. Very well equipped with hob, micowave kettle, coffe make amd cooking equipment. clean and comfortable. Good outside sitting space . Easy access for shops and centre of Nairobi. Pleaseant helpful staff.

And as you say, we are conveniently situated near major amenities and shopping malls; and just 5 km from Westlands and Village Market shopping centres, and only 10 km from downtown Nairobi.
