I liked the proximity of the property . It was close to the harbour and close to Rogers Center. There are lots of food places close by. There is really nothing I disliked. I felt very safe there.

Very poor communication - dirty laundry was left in the washer. Dirty dishes left. The unit wasn’t cleaned properly;
Upon leaving, a large Russian man who was apparently the cleaner came into the room without our knowledge. Had not knocked or announced his entry, just unlocked the door and walked right in. I was standing there undressed, terrified. He STILL didn’t make me aware of who he was: this was well before the checkout time. So he shouldn’t have been there at all: this was an extreme safety concern and a massive privacy violation. I made the rental company aware, three emails sent and they have ignored me and avoided further contact with a proper solution. Not even offering an apology. This is a warning moving forward- I wouldn’t book with these people again. They don’t take care of their clientele or guests.

Loved the location, close to the stadium and arenas, and the size of the apartment was great, 2 beds. It was easy to come from Union Station. Wish we had more time to explore the area.
The AC would not go lower than 23 c and it was a heat wave. The couch/bed was very uncomfortable for sitting watching the TV for FIFA. I would rent again thou.

Mapleleaf Square could not be in a better location for staying downtown. Took the train from Pearson Airport to Union Station and just walked to it without having to go outside. Right across from Rogers centre five minute walk to Ripley‘s aquarium. The apartment was clean and spacious for three of us. There were lots of shops, cafés and restaurants around. Would definitely book there again if going to Toronto.

Fabulous location, great unit with lots of supplies and the host was great! It was a little bumpy getting set up but they tried very hard to make it good. And it all turned out exceptionally. Highly recommended!
