Clean room and relatively quiet surroundings. The intake staff was excellent. Near the Metro like a 5 minute walk.

Pros: Price was very good. Beds were clean. Property kept moderately well. Staff was helpful most of the times, location is really good - walking distance to some good areas such as St. Denis restaurant lane, chinatown, and the waterside ferris wheel area straight down St. Denis. Shopping center - need an uber or public transportation. Nice complementary coffee machine in dining area to make lattes, expressos, regular coffee, hot chocolate, etc and available all day and evening!
Cons: Bathroom had mold around tub, room size was very small for four as the description was not accurate, breakfast was good but you had to wait significantly if you had two or more travelers with you - no hot food items except coffee. AC was supposedly central and as good at times, but warm at other times.
If you are to stay here, opt for the 300 sqft room or better!

Amazing stay, clean room and bathroom with breakfast included, staff was always warm and welcoming, they held our bags before our check in time and after our check out time which was awesome. My only issue was the crackheads outside and very close to the entrance of the hotel.

Quiet room considering it faced a busy street. No on site parking, we parked in the underground garage across the road which was easy to access and our car was safe there overnight. The rooms did not have independent climate control and the AC was roaring until late hours of the night. It was nice when we came back after dinner but we were freezing when we went to bed and I wore a hooded sweatshirt to sleep! Staff were wonderful ☺️

Staff were nice, everything appeared clean, room was good. Only heard neighbours a couple of times.
Elevator a little slow, but was busy during stay as it was F1. took the stairs quite a bit simply because didn’t have patience to wait.
kitchen area near lobby had coffee machine with regular coffee and lattes, bagels/bread, prepackaged muffins, with jams etc.
Would stay again if in the area.
