Hotel Admiral Vienna Austria

Hotel located in prime location. Most of must visit places in Vienna close to Hotel Admiral. Friendly staffs. Hotel is clean and neat. From Vienna main station to hotel around 15-20mins by bus. Hotel allowed us early check-in. Free Wi-Fi available.

Perfect location, clean room, worth the stay

Top location - short walk to subway, hundreds of eating options and shops literally round the corner, plenty of museums just round the corner as well if that’s your thing. Clean room and decently spacious for a single room.
No air con, small desk fan provided but could’ve done with more in the heatwave. Noisy nights in the hotel, not great room soundproofing.
Worth what was paid.

We highly recommend it from Malta guests.

The hotel is centrally located close to the Museum Quarter and Mariahilfer Strasse where there are restaurants, cafés and shops. The room was clean and laundry was changed on a daily basis. There is no AC but this seems to be custom in Vienna; food establishments, museums, etc. We had a small fan but it was not enough. All the reception staff were very kind and helpful when needed and we very much thank/compliment them for their gestures (opening luggage locks, printouts and kettle supply) We highly recommend it. Thank you all :)

outdated hotel but excellent location

an honest review of this hotel must be twofold: it deserves the highest marks for its location, it is centrally located just behind the delightful area of the Museum Quartier, you can walk anywhere in the center of Vienna and the metro and tram are just a few steps away. So for logistics, it is perfect. A plus is also the very generous size of the rooms and the fact of having separate toilet and bathroom, which speeds up preparation when in a family. For the rest, the hotel is old and has an outdated atmosphere, it definitely needs renovation and air conditioning, all considered the quality-price ratio is valid for the costs in Vienna, but it is certainly not a charming or well-kept location.

The rooms are sparse and the beds are a bit firm for my taste, but it’s a solid spot in a great location. I felt very safe. Note there is no air conditioner, but I was there during a heatwave (temperatures in the upper 90’s Fahrenheit) and it wasn’t too unbearable. There is a nice en suite shower and a fan is provided. I would stay here again.
