LunaBlù
Located within 6 km of Porta Maggiore and 8.1 km of Rome Termini Train Station in Rome, LunaBlù provides accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

Far from the main attractions, but it's a clean & quiet place to stay
This was labeled as a hotel on agoda.com, but it was sit up like a bed and breakfast.
TRANSPORTATION
If you are looking for a place near Rome's top attractions, then I would advise to not stay here. Too much time is spent just to get to the center of Rome and see the major sights from here or to get back by bus from Termini station.
There are several bus options to get to LunaBlu, but when heading to Termini, there is 1 bus or you can use the tram. Those are the easiest options. Others might involve walking further. FYI, bus 105 seems to run on its own schedule, which was the most frustrating thing!
LAUNDRY
If you need to do laundry, there is no washer or dryer. There is one 3 minutes away by foot (not opened on Sundays). Ended up never doing full laundry, but I was able to hand wash dirty undies and hang them outside. There is a drying rack. During this time of the year, it will dry in less than 24 hours.
SECURITY
It's a very secure and quiet area. You have to pass 2 gates before you enter through the main entrance to the unit.
ROOM
The room was very elegantly decorated. Love the interior design! There is enough space for 2 people. There was daily housekeeping and we were provided clean towels daily. Bare in mind, that there are 2 other rooms, so you might hear noise from them. The room comes with a TV, hair dryer, bottled water, nightstands, and a dresser. If you need an iron, you'll have to ask Marco.
BREAKFAST/KITCHEN
The closest supermarket is 10 minutes by foot. I think it's Conad. If you need to cook, you'll need to have to oil and spices on hand. Just the typical utensils are provided, like silverware, pots & pans, knives. I thought it was weird that there was no trash bin in the kitchen at all. The kitchen is nicely decorated.
Breakfast is self serving. There were different Yogurt flavors, milk, coffee, kiwi, and so on.
Wifi is pretty good. We paid in cash for the reservation after arrival.
Overall, I liked the place, but the distance from the center is a killer!

Come a Casa
Posto incredibilmente tranquillo e silenzioso per Roma, molto utile per chi, come me, lavora anche di notte.
Si è creata quella strana magia per cui ai miei colleghi dicevo loro: "torno a casa" indicando questo splendido B&B.

Guest House pulita e accogliente
Consigliato sia a chi viaggia per lavoro, che ai turisti che non vogliono spendere troppo.
