Stay here if visiting Palermo - an oasis of calm and super friendly hosts.
The location seemed difficult but the hotel hosts guided us in with lots of care and attention. Our cases were out of the car and in our room in minutes and the hosts were incredible with their hotel information and loc area. Our room was stunning with fresh crisp linen, all bathroom amenities and extra towels for the spa like facilities … truly exceptional. We had drinks by the pool area that were incredible value (bottle of Prosecco 16 Euro). Breakfast was plentiful and gorgeous too served by very friendly hosts … just incredible find. We will be back.

The crew isgreat and made us feel at home. Pool, gym, terrace available 24h. Maria, Chiara,Salvatore, Lucas, Marcelo, Silvia and all cleaning and kitchen staff are the best. Breakfast was terrific! Everything fresh and made to order. We loved being there and already miss it and the staff!!

A hidden gem
My friend and I have just returned from a wonderful 3-night stay at Spasimo Hotel, and we couldn’t have been happier. This hotel really is a hidden gem!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from the staff, who kindly took our bags straight to our room. Maria on reception was especially welcoming and took the time to show us around the hotel and explain everything we needed to know.
Breakfast was included and was excellent. Each evening, you choose from the bakery menu for the following morning, and your freshly prepared breakfast is served the next day. If you can’t finish it all, they even provide a container so you can take it with you – such a thoughtful touch!
Another lovely extra was that soft drinks were available throughout the day at no additional cost.
The facilities were fantastic, including a gym, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool, all of which could be used whenever we wanted. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer, complimentary bottled water, a mini fridge, and pool towels.
What really made our stay special was the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
We would highly recommend Spasimo Hotel and would definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so memorable!
